A couple weeks ago, on Saturday 10th June, Delta Of Phoenix was featured in the most divine event by Fuze UK, held at SWX Bristol. Fuze UK is an events company with has a focus on upholding and championing the queer community. With 700 tickets sold, Delta Of Phoenix’s first SOLD OUT SHOW * swoons * , all the proceeds were donated to 3 individual LGBTQ charities. Collating dance, music, drag and fashion, the show was just divine.
The after party was held at Blame Gloria, where my love and I had the most wonderful time, but invariably realized we were the oldest AND worst dancers there… we accepted this and had the most wonderful time still. Below is a very adhoc photo of me at who knows what time wearing the divine BUFFY 1.0 DRESS at Blame Gloria.

I interviewed some of the beautiful people that modeled Delta Of Phoenix – I asked the same two questions to both:
FRAN: You’re in a gelateria with 1000 flavours, what three scoops do you choose?
LAURA: So… none of these flavours go BUT they’re all delish in their own way! First scoop, Kinder Bueno! Scoop two would have to be a raspberry sorbet and lastly I’d go for a salted caramel

This has always resonated with me - I’m someone who loves trying new things but can sometimes struggle with the thought of not being great at it - everyone has to start somewhere. This is what I remind myself of!
