♡ SPITALFIELDS WITH LONE DESIGN CLUB ♡
From 22nd June – 28th June, Delta Of Phoenix was part of the Lone Design Club pop-up at 10 Market Street in Spitalfields Market. It was such a divine experience, as my first ever pop-up in Spitalfields as well as my first ever time working with Lone Design Club.
This pop-up was such a divine Delta experience that I’ve [spoiler alert] already booked in my next pop-up with Lone Design Club in Angel, from the 23rd July 2023 [more details released oh so soon]. One of the most wonderful moments and a true milestone in my Delta Of Phoenix experience was having a Delta Of Phoenix organza dress in the WINDOW, honey. I had so many messages of love & support - was like a WOW moment for me, and just thank you for all those in the Delta cult that recognized my garment in the window and let me know! Love love love ♡
I also took part in a wonderful event with Metavocus on the last evening, where upcycling and reviving old unloved denim and t-shirts was the interactive focus. I dontated some deadstock organza for the cutest ruffle details, and adored what everyone created, featuring this beaut idea of an asymmetric organza ruffle sleeve:
The event as a whole emanated a divine creative ethos from start to finish, as all who attended were active slow-fashion dopamine dressers, with a sustainable fashion focus in their core – such a beaut event organized by Metavocus and the LDC Team, and was such an honour to be featured! Thank you ♡
When I was planning this pop-up and what I wanted Delta Of Phoenix to represent, I was dreaming of a colourful, powerful, unapologetically feminine, ‘moment’ creating and sustainable rail – a rail of womxnswear that you’d fall in love and remember. I came to the conclusion that for my Lone Design Club debut – a first time ONE OF A KIND SAMPLE SALE ♡
I create so many beautiful one-of-a-kind garments for music videos, fashion events, red carpet moments and editorial photoshoots. This sample creation is a necessary element for my brand’s blossoming season and brand awareness, but it’s not just necessary, I also adore being a part of these creative endeavours and fulfilling someone’s project of dreams, and will always get involved with such beautiful ideas. The other side of this is, I’m then left with these beautiful unique sample pieces at Delta HQ, with no-one to love them. So then, whilst planning for LDC, to quote Carrie;
‘I couldn't help but wonder…’
…what if this debut LDC Spitalfields Market rail is full of all this creative love – all these garments created for dream projects and WOW moments, completely sustainable, no extra energy or fabric used, a representation of all the projects I’ve taken part in this past year, all the divine colour POPPING on one rail.
This isn’t the last of Delta Of Phoenix X Lone Design Club moment though honeys! I’ll be at their Angel Islington RESORT pop-up from 23rd July [more details to be revealed soon], with a whole VULVER rail, launching the collection in real life, for you all to see for the very first time. Oh... AND, following the success of this last one-of-a-kind rail, there’s gonna be some divine surprises for you all… WATCH THIS SPACE ♡
